In order to gasify an apartment or a communal or industrial facility, the customer must first connect to the gas distribution networks and perform installation work on the internal gas networks. 

The procedure of connection to the gas networks is carried out by the Operator of the gas distribution system of thePrJSC “Ternopilgaz” within the territory of its licensed activity. 

To connect the customer’s facilities to the gas networks it is necessary to: 

• apply to the PrJSC “Ternopilgaz”, namely to the structural unit of the company “Single Window” in the relevant district department for the gas supply facility operation; 

• submit a written application for connection of the customer’s facility to the gas distribution system; 

• submit a package of documents according to the list.

Upon completion of connection works, consumers, in order to carry out their authorized selection of natural gas from gas distribution networks and the possibility of ensuring the supply of natural gas by their suppliers, must enter into a natural gas distribution agreement with the GDN Operator the PrJSC “Ternopilgaz” to the gas distribution system of which their object is connected in the order established by the legislation.

Selection of natural gas by the consumer in the absence of a natural gas distribution agreement is not allowed! 

The natural gas distribution agreement is concluded by signing the application of the consumer to the terms of the natural gas distribution agreement, which corresponds to the Standard natural gas distribution agreement posted on the official website of the regulator – the NKREKP and the PrJSC “Ternopilgaz”. This standard agreement must be concluded between the consumer and the PrJSC “Ternopilgaz”. 

The fact of joining the consumer to the terms of the natural gas distribution agreement (acceptance of the agreement) is commission by the consumer of any actions that indicate his desire to enter into a natural gas distribution agreement, including return of the signed application, payment of the GDN Operator’s bill and / or documented natural gas consumption.
