Compliance Program

Pursuant to the Directive 2009/73/EC “On Common Rules of the Internal Market of Natural Gas” and the 
Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market” (hereinafter – the Law), the PrJSC “Ternopilgaz” developed and implemented the Enterprise Compliance Program. 

In addition, the Program is aimed at implementing part four of the Article 19 of the Law on Prohibition of 
Discrimination against Customers and part seven of the Article 19 of the Law on Ensuring the Confidentiality of Information.
