To the attention of balance holders, authorized persons of co-owners of apartment buildings and consumers of natural gas of gasified apartments! 

According to paragraph 3 of Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On Housing and Utility Services” to ensure security of gas supply and readiness of indoor gas supply systems of two- or multi-apartment building to provide services for distribution and supply of natural gas co-owners of such building or their decision - apartment building manager, an association of co-owners of an apartment building, another person authorized by the co-owners must enter into an agreement for maintenance of indoor gas supply systems of the apartment building with the gas distribution system operator or other business entity entitled to perform such work. Maintenance of indoor gas supply systems in apartment buildings is carried out at the expense of co-owners of such an apartment building. 

At the request of paragraph 6 of Section II of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Settlement of Certain Issues in the Sphere of Housing and Utility Services” the PrJSC “Ternopilgaz” informs residents of gasified apartment buildings about the need for a Model Agreement signing between the gas distribution system operator or other business entity that has the right to perform such works and the co-owners of such a house or at their discretion - the manager of an apartment building, an association of apartment building co-owners, another person authorized by the co-owners.
