Requirements for remote transmission of gas metering unit data
TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNERS OF COMMERCIAL GAS METERING UNITS!
According to paragraph 4 of the Resolution of the NKREKP nr. 2494 dd. 30.09.2015, owners of the commercial natural gas metering units (except for commercial metering units used in households) to arrange their own commercial metering units with remote data transmission facilities within the following time limits:
The annual volume of natural gas metering at the consumer makes | Arrangement terms | Arrangement date |
more than 3 mln sq.m. | within six months from the date of entry of this resolution into force | before 27.05.2016 |
from 1 mln sq.m.to 3 mln sq.m. | within one year from the date of entry of this resolution into force | before 27.11.2016 |
from 100 thousand sq.m. to 1 mln sq.m. | within one year and six months from the date of entry of this resolution into force | before 27.05.2017 |
from 10 thousand sq.m. to 100 thousand sq.m. | within two years from the date of entry of this resolution into force | before 27.11.2017 |
less than 10 thousand sq.m. (except of the commercial natural gas metering units with size meters G-1.6, G-2.5, G-4, G-6) | within two years and six months from the date of entry of this resolution into force | before 27.05.2018 |
However, in accordance with paragraphs 3, 4 of the Chapter 3, Section X, of the Code of Gas Distribution Systems, approved with the Resolution of the NKREKP nr. 2494 dd. 30.09.2015 (hereinafter – the GDN Code) organization and arrangement of commercial metering units by remote data transmission is as follows:
1. Obtaining from the GDN Operator, the PrJSC “Ternopilgaz”, terms of reference (TOR) for the design of organization and installation of remote data transmission on a commercial metering unit;
2. Development on the basis of the terms of reference (TOR) of the working project and its coordination by the GDN Operator;
3. Purchase of necessary equipment, installation of the remote data transmission means, adjustment of communication and data transmission channels and verification of transmitted (read) data authenticity to the GDN Operator;
4. Commissioning of remote data transmission facilities at a commercial metering unit with the participation of the GDN Operator that must be confirmed by the relevant commissioning act.
